Intermountain Hazards was founded in 1995 to provide flood zone determinations to our regional lending and community partners. Our managers have more than 30 years of combined working experience in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Our focus is to make our expertise available to our clients and their customers to ensure a successful long-term partnership.
Intermountain Hazards is committed to your success. We guarantee you will always receive accurate, fast, and cost effective flood zone determinations.
- Borderline Cases: It is never too close to call! Intermountain Hazards does not issue “partial” flood zone determinations. We hand map and thoroughly evaluate each flood zone determination request.
- Tracking: We constantly track for changes to our inventory of flood maps. Intermountain Hazards subscribes to the FEMA flood map change subscription service for continuous updates.
- Dispute Resolution: All disputes are resolved immediately. Disputes are always an immediate concern for everyone involved. That’s why we tackle them head on and work with our clients and their customers on any concerns they may have regarding a flood zone determination. Intermountain Hazards will also assist a borrower in the formal application process for formal request of map changes.
